Mail Center Clerk

Qualifications

• Work experience or mailroom knowledge
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer operating skills like POS, email etc
• Ladera Ranch, CA 92694: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

• Handling of confidential customer data
• Receive, open, sort, and prepare incoming mail to be scanned and route to staff
• Ensure that all mail is properly sorted, labeled and distributed to the appropriate recipients
• Scan mail and packages into the computer as they are received
• Prepare outgoing mail for scanning and shipping
• Critical attention to detail to ensure daily deadlines are met with no errors
• Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to prioritize and work independently
• Keep the mail room organized and stocked
• Troubleshoot any issues with postage, mailing equipment, or other mail room related issues
• Manage filing and archiving of documents as needed
• Interact with vendors and customers with ease and professionalism
• Punctual, highly organized, self-starter, strong work ethic, open to learning additional job duties and office skills
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Starts at $17-20 per hour or negotiable based upon experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.69 - $20.10 per hour
