We are looking for a self-motivated Mail Clerk. Depending on experience and skill sets, duties may vary. Position is full-time and in-person.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness
- Open, stamp, process, scan and label incoming mail.
- Scanning/labeling documents
Essential Duties/Skills
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented
- Professional communication electronically, telephonically, and in-person
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (bankers box/box of paper)
Can Train
- Familiarity with workers' compensation system, legal procedures and protocols, and court system a bonus
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
Additional Skillsets Desired
- Working knowledge of case management software (Merus)
- Proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary
- Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
