Luxury Home Staging Company Administrative Assistant

Studio D is a boutique, bi-coastal home-staging + interior design firm in San Francisco | NYC. Known throughout the industry, clients turn to us for our cool, contemporary aesthetic.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the SF team supporting our Accounting Manager, Buyer, and CEO.
This position would support the Management Staff in setting up staging contracts in Quickbooks, sending out QB invoices, helping with A/R, setting up Purchase Orders in QB and receiving in products. Liaise between the accounting department and clients for timely payments.
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
• At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to "self-start," work independently at times + meet deadlines
• Excellent written + verbal communications skills with the ability to follow-up with clients, vendors + staging assistants
• Strong attention to detail and energetic follow-through
• Computer experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and Quickbooks
• Ability to be flexible + pivot on a dime to accommodate rapidly-changing schedules
• Interest/passion for interior design + home furnishings a plus!
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist Accounting Manager to set up jobs in Quickbooks
• Assist Accounting Manager with regular Invoicing and Accounts Receivables
• Assist the Buyer with setting up product in Quickbooks, creating purchase orders and reconciling
• Assist with filing, organization, ordering office supplies and the like
• Assist with HR duties, events, bdays and the like

Starting Pay Range $17-$20/hr BOE; 20-30 hrs per week (subject to change depending on calendar).
