Lpn Case Management Liaison * $28

Independence Support Services, located in Nineveh, is hiring an LPN to assist with program management with our agency. The role pays $28 per hour and will assist the program manager in coordinating on the appropriate support services to clients. If this role interests you, call for more information, 317-933-3310.
Job duties:

Provides professional nursing care as defined in the nurse practice act and under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Communicates appropriate status/condition changes to the RN per agency guidelines.
Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for patients and coworkers.
Performs job duties in accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current license as a LPN /LVN
Demonstrated strong and effective written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal tactfully with patients and the community.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
