Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
• Managing personal queue in TruCare
• Outreaching to members to assist them with identified complex case management needs
• Documenting all interaction with members/providers/other team members in TruCare
• Calling providers to assist with appointments, prescriptions, other health related needs
• Assisting with SDOH needs including arranging transportation
• Checking and responding to email timely throughout the day
• Checking and responding to IM's timely during day
