Job Description
What you'll do:
- Is the internal “Voice of the Customer” and acts as a champion on behalf of the customer to fulfill, meet, and exceed expectations.
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor the progress of orders from start to finish.
- Process charges or cancellations to customer orders
What you'll have:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of Customer Service or transportation experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the drive to resolve issues.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
