Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher

We are Port-A-Stor. We sell and rent shipping containers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all logistics activities, including dispatching and transportation planning.
- Manage and maintain accurate container information.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods by coordinating with customers and drivers.
- Maintain some records of telephone calls.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.

Skills:

- Some driving and delivering containers is possible.
- Proficient in answering phone calls
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking shipments and maintaining records.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

Drivers license is a must!!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
