The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for working with the logistics department focusing on product donations, EWM/SGVM issue resolution, Open orders/returns, warehouse and bin inventory discrepancies as well as other functions to help drive warehouse KPI’s. This job will require you to become a site subject matter expert/superuser EWM, PINC and SGVM.
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 / per hour (based on level of experience)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday rotating Sundays
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Responsibilities:

• Resolve bin discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy of above 96%
• Monitor all inbounds to ensure the EWM/Globe communication is completed.
• Monitor and Resolve all open orders, open reports and manual loads.
• FE/SME responsible for troubleshooting and training all Employees in warehouse systems.
• Process No Data bin/Control bins daily to ensure compliance.
• Complete daily KPI files and enter all required information into KPI tracker.
• Process and maintain all product returns and ensure all returns are entered into Return tracker.
• Coordinate donation orders and ensure all packets are completed in a timely manner.
• Warehouse bin management. Work with inventory tech to ensure all inventory KPI’s are met.
• Run daily FEFO report to ensure compliance, report any discrepancies when necessary.
• Supporting entire logistics team as needed, cover for sick calls and break relief in Dock Office.
• Support Warehouse Utility in troubleshooting and training systems issues.
• All other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in group environment.
• Must be flexible in hours worked, shift schedule etc.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and MS Office.
• Must meet all requirements of job posting guidelines.
