Michael Allen Homes, is seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media and Digital Engagement Specialist to work part-time. In addition to capturing video and mobile photography content this individual will create engaging content for our Social Media platforms and manage our online reputation. This professional will work closely with various persons to ensure our Social Media efforts align with broader company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in Social Media management and content creation preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Social Media trends and tools
Responsibilities
- Brainstorming post ideas, capturing video and mobile photography content, and crafting compelling written content
- Social Media Management: Manage our Social Media channels, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts
- Regularly monitor interactions and respond swiftly and professionally to maintain a positive brand presence
- Reputation Management: Engage in social listening and manage our online reputation across all digital touch points; including monitoring and responding to reviews across all platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with other personnel to ensure our Social Media efforts align with broader company initiatives and enhance our brand presence
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze Social Media performance, using data to drive strategy and optimize engagement
