We are looking for a talented onsite Logistics Analyst - Will Call to join our team in Dallas, Texas.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Under moderate supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests.
Respond to or redirect routine inquires from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities or processes to ensure Customers/Visitors are answered promptly and accurately.
Gather, compile and verify information before accurately entering into documents such as reports, presentations or forms and/or other office system databases.
Prepare documentation for payment of Vendors, Suppliers and other Third Parties as applicable
Submit documentation and requests for payments into accounting system, respond to inquires from Accounts Payable and Payees.
Communicate with customers by phone and in person.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have experience with BMS, production and warehouse/logistic processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and intermediate level computer skills.
Please note, this is an onsite role.
This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Hourly pay range for this position is $21.54/hr to $32.31/hr, Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
