We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our company as a Logistics Administrator. As the Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the mission of the nonprofit and logistics partners. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of key initiatives
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably as a Administrator, Manager or Military Leader.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or 3PL preferred (not required).
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
- Strong background in operations management, with a focus on process improvement
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience in business development and driving revenue growth
