We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our dedicated team. Located in Charlotte, NC this position will be key in ensuring that our guest experience is superior as part of our warehouse department. Along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, the ideal candidate will also:

Roles and Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising & Stocking
- Maintain visual standards on the retail floor
- Assist with merchandising projects
- Stock all newly received product
- Restock products based on sales report
- Return cancelled layaways
- Secure high theft items
- Ensure appropriate ammo levels for the range and retail floor
- Shipping & Fulfillment
- Receive inbound transfers and notify guest
- Contact FFL's to obtain licenses for transfers
- Prepare and ship outbound transfers
- Order fulfillment: pick to ship
- Generate shipping labels and process shipments
- Maintain accurate shipping and transfer logs
- Administration & Organization
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace
- Complete all warehouse tasks and checklists
- Maintain proper grouping and labeling of backstock
- Contact guest regarding overdue layaways an cancel in software
- Assist in execution of sales events setup
- Create product kits in software
- Participate in all cycle counts
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Naturally friendly and positive attitude
- Able to carry out directives efficiently
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Desire to learn new skills
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Excellent with numbers
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new software
Preferences:
- Retail experience
- Firearm knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 70 lbs., freely access all areas of the store, and stand for long periods of time.
