Are you ready to embark on a journey that intertwines cultural exchange, community empowerment, and personal financial goals? As a Local Coordinator with Greenheart, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting Cultural Exchange Students with Host Families and High Schools, fostering understanding, and making a lasting impact on the world while bringing home a supplemental income. Please note - This is not an hourly paid job. You are an independent contractor and are paid once the work is completed.

By matching foreign exchange students with warm American host families, we're not just facilitating exchanges; we're nurturing friendships, building bridges, and cultivating a brighter future for generations to come.
What Greenheart Offers You:
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support. We are people, people!
- Exciting travel incentives! Place 5 students and join our international conferences in breathtaking destinations like Greece, Spain, and Argentina. We are going to Italy in 2024!! (ALL expenses paid)
- Generous compensation for your placements and monitoring the most remarkable young minds - $1,300+ plus bonuses per placement for a 10 month student, $1,100 for a 5 month student
- Additional Incentives such as domestic and international trips, electronics or extra monetary compensation may be offered throughout the year.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and supporting the approval process of the Host Families eager to open their hearts and homes to exchange students
- Collaborating with accredited schools to ensure seamless student placements
- Hosting informative orientations for both host families and students, setting the stage for meaningful connections
- Coordinating volunteer activities that foster camaraderie and cultural exchange
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to students throughout their journey, whether through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
Your Qualifications:
- A passion for cultural exchange and community building
- Access to reliable internet from your home or office
- Willingness to undergo a background check and required training (we'll support you every step of the way!)
- Age 26 or older and residing in the United States
