A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing product and services information, as well as resolving emerging problems that our customer accounts might face, with accuracy and efficiency. You should be genuinely excited to help customers and problem-solving should come naturally to you. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, including difficult/escalated callers
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and provide follow-up support
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Must have a strong work history and a proven punctuality track record.
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Excel, as well as general office and mail equipment
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bilingual - English/Spanish as well as experience in the travel industry is a plus
