How you will make an impact
- Explaining disclosure and loan terms to clients
- Send regulatory and/or loan disclosures to company's clients
- Work with settlement agents and clients on to coordinate funding
- Responsible for all loan conditions being met before a loan is funded
- Updating the processing system so that it is current
- Handling loan applications
- Sending updates to clients with loans in process- Prior experience with mortgage loan software programs
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
- Must have a customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Capacity to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in time-management and organization
