- $300,000 for 44 weeks clinical work
- $200/hr for additional coverage
- Post primary call day off
- $1,600 if working post call extra (8hr guarantee)
- Up to $10,000 annual quality incentive bonus.
- No hearts—lots of ortho, general, urology, endo
- No OB, Cath Lab coming soon.
