We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our live sales hosts during online events. Your primary responsibilities will include pulling items for sale, updating listings in real-time, researching competitive pricing, and ensuring the live sale runs smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities:
Assist live hosts by preparing and pulling items to be featured in live sales.
Update product listings and descriptions in real-time during live sales events.
Conduct competitive research (comps) to provide feedback on pricing, ensuring our offerings are competitive and market-aligned.
Monitor live sale timelines, keeping hosts informed and on track to cover all planned items and segments.
Engage with the online audience as needed to answer questions or provide additional product details.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure all sold items are accurately documented and ready for shipping.
Provide post-sale reports and feedback to improve future live sales events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role; experience in live sales or e-commerce is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong research skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in pricing and product descriptions.
Proficient in using social media platforms and live streaming tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging positively with the team and online audience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live sales schedules.
