Call Center Specialist

2 Schedules available:
- Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6am-6pm
- Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6pm-6am
Primary Responsibilities:
· Electronic log support for the fleet
· Communicate with Platform Science regarding log issues including but not limited to sensor failures, out of sync and lost communication issues
· Record accident & injury reports and follow up as needed
· Arrange drug testing as needed and follow up on completion
· Assist drivers with Electronic Logging devices
· Follow up on outstanding log support tickets
· Receive and document complaints- beginning to end / follow up
· Assist supervisor on managing unassigned drive time for the fleet
· Be able to work in fast paced situations and make decisions accordingly
· Process reservations for Lyft rentals and hotels
· Assist in the development and growth of the department and assume new responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
· Experience with heavy call volume daily
· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent conflict resolution skills
· Demonstrates interpersonal skills and ability to deal comfortably with all levels of management
· Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
· Excellent organizational abilities
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Creative and persistent problem solver
Years of Experience
· Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience (preferred)
