As a Associate Escrow Client Manager, within Liquidity and Account Solutions, you will join a team who is in charge of a portfolio of clients with different types of Escrow deals. You will be responsible to work with different client needs such as payments, investments, Foreign Exchange, channels, etc in order to fulfill their underlying transaction scope (merger and acquisition, debit capital market, litigation, etc).
Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS") is responsible for the management, marketing and sale of cash concentration and deposit management solutions to Treasury Services (TS) clients. In order to deliver the right mix of liquidity solutions to our clients, L&AS works closely with business partners across the wider JP Morgan organization – from the firm’s Corporate Treasury, to JP Morgan Asset Management and JP Morgan Securities Inc. Additionally, L&AS has oversight and manages the global TS client deposit base.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage a seamless end-to-end ownership and understanding of assigned portfolio
- Release all payments ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Assign of Client Intermediary to each transaction and approve assigned account openings
- Provide and promote strong and proactive customer service by responding quickly to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and developing meaningful client relationships
- Ensure all account activities are in compliance with relevant governing documents and JPMorgan policies and procedures
- Escalate any issues promptly on identification
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Understanding of the operational aspects of each new transaction
- Understanding of new deal structures and ensure Client Intermediary has the appropriate overviews/ training before working on a new deal
- Manage receivables including write – off management and ensure operating losses are avoided
- Tickler management – Escalate to Team Leader where appropriate
- Claims Administration, Terminations and Tax

- Ask for feedback and suggestions for improvement
