Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal person would have 2-5 years of experience in IT Finance, is detail-oriented, very comfortable with financial systems as well as working with IT business partners, and has a working knowledge of accounting. Familiarity with SAP for financial transactions. Strong MS Excel skills.
Job Description:
Position is primarily responsible for consolidation, reporting, and management of IT costs, Capex and headcount for the US and Americas Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consolidation of IT Americas Zone expenses including OPEX and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) for Data, B2C and Retail domains. Communicate monthly actuals performance vs budget and highlight risks & ops.
• Involved in the month-end, semester and year-end close (P&L and Balance Sheet review), to ensure ITs financial objectives are met and financial statements are recorded accurately.
• Monitor actual spending activities, analyze and coordinate with domain controllers to report the financial performance to Senior management to explain monthly cost variances (including allocation variances) and identify areas of risk and opportunities. Partner with IT clients to drive solution to budget issues, assisting with resource prioritization and to ensure that overall financial commitments are met.
• Work with zone BRMs, IT Budget Owners and SPO team to monitor and report on the status of current year Americas IT CAPEX and OPEX projects.
Tasks Day-to-Day:
1. Approve POs and input in tracker
2. Prepare for month-end close:
a. Capturing accruals with business partners
b. Analyze Cost Center for coding errors
c. Reconciling, investigate GRIR
3. Reoccurring business planning meetings
Month-end Close:
1. Mid/end of month check of PO/expense, communicate to buyers to GR
2. Prepare YF9A, align with GAAP/Norms, investigate with BP
3. Entries / processes:
a. Create IG Invoice for Tech Accelerator to Paris
b. Compile all Prepaid entries to amortize on BS
c. Determine if any expenses do not have PO's to create accruals
d. D1 YFAP determine if any business partners have not posted GRs
e. Reclass entries to ensure data quality
Budget/Trend:
1. Compile Risk & Ops with Domain leads
2. Input financial schedules into F4T upload
3. Reconcile and ensure financial consistency by Domain/BT Code/Cost Center
Other Items:
1. Compass:
a. Backup support, validate officialization, trend, etc.
2. F4T:
a. Key user responsibility, functional use
b. Data quality, ensuring BT Code accuracy, budgetary natures, connecting to Compass
Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelors degree, strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Pay: $49/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 40 hours. Full-time.
