Bring your creativity and feature a specialty plate. Our menu is always rotating and spotlighting our different chef's tastebuds and skills.
We are a growing company with 2 sister businesses so there is room for expanding your knowledge, and trying something new.
Our Line Cooks work salad/fry station, grill station, saute/expo and prep.
---Raise given upon mastering all stations.
Yearly/semi-annual reviews.
>>Working hours between 6am to 11 pm.
Typical 8 hour shifts.
>>Closed Sundays!!! -Unless special events.-
Closed 2 weeks of the year for staff R & R. Around July and December.
Open kitchen, put on a show and chat with customers, showing off your skills.
