Job Summary
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You’ll be providing exceptional service to our existing and potential customers at our Lincoln, NE location.

Key Responsibilities
· Processing a high volume of orders, from entry to shipment
· Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics
· Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment
· Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Required experience – proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team and have the ability to adapt to sudden change dictated by the priority or urgency of work assignments.
· Education required – a high school diploma or GED equivalent
· Years of experience preferred – 3 years with prior experience in a Customer Service capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while calmly handling occasionally difficult interactions
· Industry experience preferred – basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics
