Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for clients who visit our office or call in for assistance.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for clients and agents, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess an active state insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified period.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an insurance or related industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
