• Must be proficient in maintaining and cultivating relationships with clients
• Must be familiar with attending open house events and guiding tours of different properties
• Must be experienced in following up with both new and existing customers

• A few sales in the past 6 months
• Self-driven individual who knows how to use the MLS to find homes for clients, do CMA and write purchase and sale agreements
• Someone who can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
• Must Reside in Los Angeles, California
