Licensed Outside Sales for Real Estate

We have an opening for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great work ethic. Previous experience in home sales is not required.

Compensation:$100,000+ yearly DEO
Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
- An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
- Lead generate
- Schedule appointments and meet lots of new client appointments on a daily basis
- Show homes
- Negotiate contracts
- Provide white-glove service
- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Communicate effectively
- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team)
