Responsibilities
• Sign listings from the appointments our ISA Team sets
• Sign new buyer clients from the appointments our ISA Team sets
• Negotiate contracts and navigate to successful closings
• Call warm leads that our $1 Million marketing budget creates
• Follow up with your past clients and SOI based on the marketing content our marketing team creates for you
• Grow your business in 2024 well beyond your best year in Real Estate
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
