Salary: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
• Conducting follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing toward sales closure.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
• Answering incoming calls, walk-in appointments, and scheduling appointments with a positive/welcoming personality.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
• Analyze policy renewals following client information, individual needs, and prevailing market conditions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Insurance experience is Required to be considered for the position.
• Active Texas Property and Casualty License required.
• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, ensuring all clients receive top-tier service in their preferred language.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
• Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses. Open to feedback on improving upselling skills.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
