Evaluating needs, and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs is the source of our value, and what we are looking to add to the team.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
- Career minded vision.
- General Lines P&C state of TX insurance license is required.
- Successful sales background.
