Essential Job Functions/Customer Service:
- Establish and maintain producer and client confidence
- Individual performance and team work contribution to achieve maximum unit productivity without errors and omissions
- Complete new business quotes for prospective clients
- Complete renewal remarket quotes
- Issue evidences of insurance, auto I.D. cards
- Process endorsements, mortgage changes, and policy updates
- When received, check endorsements for accuracy and forward to insured
- Assist Account Executive as needed
- Enter applications and/or schedules in AMS
- Activity (suspense) documentation and follow-up
Account Services:
- Review accounts and pull documents for quoting
- Confirm coverages for banks

Requirements
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Credentials/Training:
- Requires Personal Lines Insurance License (Personal Lines and/or P&C)
- Enrollment in education program
- Must maintain license through continuing education

- Computer literacy
- AMS proficient (preferred)
- Basic knowledge word processing (MS Word)
- Calculator
- Fax Machine
- Scanning
