We are seeking a legal secretary who is organized with a proficiency for operating a computer, printer, photocopier and can take dictation. This position will support primarily two lawyers and occasionally, a third. The secretary will be asked to answer the phone, greet clients, prepare draft legal documents, correspondence and other documents as well as being proficient in word perfect, word and supporting the firm’s financial business using Excel. The firm, primarily, practices in probate law, probate litigation, estate planning and some civil litigation.
