The Secretary will be responsible for maintaining the attorney's calendar, answering phone calls and emails and assisting with the preparation of legal documents. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and enjoys interacting in a professional setting. Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documents and identify potential problems.
- Correct errors in documents.
- Verify that all documents are legible and conform to legal formatting requirements.
- Identify the need for revisions or additional documents and notify the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, or other employees about required documentation for issues or cases.
Requirements:
- BS in relevant field or business would be preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
