I am currently seeking a Legal Secretary/Assistant to work with me on real estate matters and also help to manage my office. The successful candidate should have some experience in real estate (residential purchases and sales as well as bank work) and be able to handle administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, opening files and filing. Experience with word, word perfect or excel is required.

I am willing to hire someone on a part time or full time basis and am flexible with hours. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
