Legal Secretary Commercial Real Estate

We are currently seeking a Legal Secretaryto work with our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group.

The Role:

You will provide legal administrative support in a team-oriented environment including:

· Assisting attorneys and staff with general secretarial support

· Communicating with clients

· Upkeep of client records and filing

Skills Needed for Success:

· Confidence and ability to support multiple billing professionals

· Strong communication

· Time management

· Robust organizational ability

Required:

· Strong abilities with the MS Office Suite

· High-school diploma or equivalent

· 2-5 years of legal secretarial experience

o Experience in Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred

· Overtime flexibility

Pay Range: $24.72 - $27.48 per hour
