AppleOne is seeking experienced Legal Secretaries for an opportunity located in Orlando!
Candidates MUST have the following:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associates/Bachelors Degree highly desired
- 3 to 5 years of Civil Litigation Legal Secretary experience
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys
- Experience with transcribing attorney dictation, scheduling meetings/depositions/court appearances, booking travel, reconciling expose reports
- Experience with preparing correspondence and legal documents and e-filing in State and Federal Courts
- Proficient with MS Office, Data Entry, and Typing
