Corporate Litigation Legal Secretary/Floater needed for a prestigious law firm in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This role will provide support to Legal Professionals and Partners throughout the firm. This firm offers a dynamic corporate culture and quality of life! Must have litigation and e-filing experience.
The role is in-office 5 days a week.
Job Function • Provide Administrative support to a variety of individuals throughout the firm • Handling phones • Proofreading documents • Scheduling • Taking on special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements • A minimum of three (3) years legal secretary experience • Ability to adapt to a variety of departments Proficiency with MS Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
