Legal Assistant / Secretary

Loop Law Firm seeks an experienced (2-4yrs) Workers Comp/Insurance Defense/Civil Defense Assistant needed for 8 attorney law firm

Duties include but are not limited to:

Legal/Administrative assistant to 3 Partners

Coordinate depositions, court hearings, meetings.

Correspond with counsel, courts, and clients.

Maintain attorneys’ schedules.

File/E-file legal documents with the courts.

Draft/edit legal documents and correspondence using Dictation Software

Assist with Answering phones.

And various other administrative tasks

Assistant should possess a good work ethic, be detailed oriented and a problem-solver.

Assistant should have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision handling multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressures.

This is a full-time in office position with the possibility of one remote day per week.

MUST have previous Law Firm Experience – Smokeball experience a plus!
