SalaryLaw Office of Patrick Boyle is a small estate planning firm looking for legal secretary to occupy the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients, paralegals and attorneys
- Scheduling appointments and managing the firm calendar
- Basic document drafting
- Basic accounting
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word. MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Lexis HotDocs and Clio are a plus
- Show an interest in trusts and estates, our primary practice area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
