As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to our attorneys and help ensure the smooth operation of our legal department. - Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of legal documents and case files
- Manage projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in drafting legal correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Professional demeanor and able to handle heavy client communication in person and over the phone
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
