Our firm is searching for a full-timeLegal Assistant to join the practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Able to communicate in a timely, effective and respectful manner with medical offices, insurance companies and clients.
- Prepare client letters, records request from multiple medical providers; calendar follow ups and update system
- Must be able to work independently as well as under supervision, have excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to handle a large case load in a timely manner.
- Must be able to communicate effectively within a team environment
- Must be able to work closely with Case Manager on Personal Injury files
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
- Extensive computer and database expertise.
- High School Diploma or other relevant certification.
- Prior pre-suit experience is a plus.
