SalaryRoyer Law Firm, P.C. has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant with civil litigation experience in state and federal courts. Successful candidates will collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation; draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents; schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions; manage case files; manage client billing by preparing, finalizing, and sending out bills; assist with accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks; and provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorneys’ calendars and making travel arrangements. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent communication skills required. Must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and keep deadlines.
