Duties Include...

The Legal Assistant supports the Company’s legal department, based in Herndon, VA. In this role, the Legal Assistant will spend time in the following areas:

• Legal research
• Document management
• Responding to inquiries
• Supporting employment law resources

Specifically, this position will handle day-to-day attorney support, document preparation, drafting EEO/mediation and other responses, reporting and data gathering.

Qualifications include...

The position requires at least 2 years experience and a high level of skill in use of the English language. The ideal candidate has exceptional research skills, grasps information quickly, has familiarity preparing legal reports is curious, enjoys gathering data and has a mission to make positive change. Those with a results-oriented disposition, work well with others and understand the importance of alignment to business objectives in a professional environment are preferred.
