Swim Lesson Instructor

Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for PT Swim Lesson Instructors for our Summer Season (approximate dates 5/15-9/30). We offer a fun work environment, flexible schedules, and competitive pay.

$15-$20 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities of the Swim Lesson Instructor:
• Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
• Creates a fun and safe environment for early swimmers.
• Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager.
• Communicates with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement.
• Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Private and semi-private program, no group lessons
Minimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR, First Aid
• Experience required.
Other Qualifications:
• WSI certification preferred.
• Must love working with children.
