Leasing Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with finding and leasing properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Duties:
- Conduct property showings and tours for potential tenants
- Assist with the leasing process, including application review, background checks, and lease preparation
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding available properties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental listings, vacancies, and tenant information
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with property owners and management to ensure efficient property operations
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) to manage leasing activities and maintain accurate records
- Perform administrative tasks related to leasing, including filing documents and maintaining lease agreements

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property leasing is preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property leasing
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
