Role Insight: Whitestone Crossing is actively seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. As the face of Whitestone Crossing, the Leasing Agent is dedicated to delivering an unparalleled customer experience for residents and prospects alike. Key responsibilities encompass apartment leasing, conducting tours for potential residents, fostering current resident satisfaction and retention, and engaging in community-focused marketing initiatives. The daily routine involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, adeptly juggling walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and providing support to the onsite team as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following competencies, skills, and abilities, showcasing their capability to execute essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, utilizing a unique blend of skills and abilities.
- Prior experience in multifamily leasing is a prerequisite.
- Previous background in sales or customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in multitasking and effective time management, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, residents, and vendors.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts, as required for this role, will be discussed during the interview process.
