Danfoss in Eden Prairie, MN is searching for a Learning & Training Solutions Internfor the Summer 2023 term. This position will report to the Danfoss Power Solutions Learning & Training Solutions team offering exposure to business training operations and experience on a corporate training team. This role will conduct market research on technical training products identifying training material vendors, key features and pricing. This role will also research textbook vendors and colleges with hydraulics programs. Findings will be used to inform training strategy on textbooks and training materials.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Conduct market research on hydraulics training product; document deliverables, key features, pricing, and regions/areas sold.
- Research hydraulics education programs; identify key programs, characteristics, delivery, pricing and where offered globally.
- Research hydraulics textbooks in the market; document best selling textbooks, price and how they are offered (i.e. print, ebook, audiobook, etc.)
- Run reports and consolidate training data.
- Prepare reports on research findings.
- Present findings to the team.
- Work with the others on the team on reporting and other training support needs as assigned.
