SMB is looking for someone to fill an voluntary "on-call" float position. The ideal candidate would be looking for a flexible schedule of 10-40 hours per week where shifts are available to work but not required.

A great DSPFloat will:

• Invest themselves in the lives of people. Whether it's a fun night outing, cooking, playing games or a heartfelt conversation about goals and dreams, DSP's make an impact in people’s lives.
• Be adaptable and looking for a flexible opportunity to fill in shifts in multiple homes.

DSP Requirements:

• Someone who shares SMB's core values: Dependability, Excellence, Personal Growth, Integrity, Compassion, and Team Approach
• Able to pass a criminal background check and provide a few references
• Licensed to drive in the United States
