Customer Service Representative
RealTime Solutions is currently seeking to add an independent, dependable and self-motivated team member to our Customer Service Department. This position involves formatting and manipulating incoming data files, process internal purchase transactions, communication with foodservice operators to increase knowledge about our services, tools and programs and process various leads. Applicants should be well versed in building Customer Service relationships with clients both in very brief and in-depth interactions.
Monday - Friday, standard business hours. No nights or weekends required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Successfully complete outbound calls to foodservice operators
- Introduce and promote our loyalty rewards programs
- Effectively educate customers and operators about product features and promotions
- Represent our clients as our own
- Sourcing new opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls
- Assist foodservice operators with website questions, product lists, rewards points redemption.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment where you can be flexible and learn quickly
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- 1-3 years outbound/inbound call experience preferred
- Dedication to Customer Service principles and maintaining relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team members must be able to communicate professionally via inbound and outbound phone calls, e-mail and IM with customers, clients and internal departments
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Work independently in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience required
- Experience working in and maintaining CRM databases preferred
- Foodservice experience preferred but not necessary
