Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist/Front Desk responsibilities

• Be Punctual and organized
• Answer the phone in a professional positive way
• Greet patients as they enter the office
• Schedule appointments
• Confirm patient appointments
• Dress appropriate for a professional office
• Control patient flow
• Receive patient payments
• Keep the doctors calendar current
• Work with the office manager to keep patient information current
• Make copies of office documents
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Experience:

• Dental/orthodontic receptionist: 1 year (Required)
