POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for designing effective and creative materials according to instruction provided for quality and effectiveness. Assist with SME meetings to build effective relationships to facilitate the training design process. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Development and Delivery) to ensure training is accurate. Completes baseline analysis of evaluations and validates information.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design effective and creative materials according to instructions provided. Programs may include Store Meetings, online training, and videos.
- Create and review deliverables for quality and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated ability to apply, Instructional Design approach in accordance with adult learning best practices.
- Create and review deliverables for quality and effectiveness.
- Manage time in an order that ensures maximum productivity.
- Assist with SME meetings to build effective relationships to better facilitate the training design and development process.
- Special projects as assigned by the Training Design Manager.
- Complete a baseline analysis of evaluations and validate information.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3 years in the learning field.
- Experience with the practical application of adult learning theories.
- Demonstrated ability to create concise and creative training materials.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
- Some experience with Cornerstone, Articulate 360, Adobe creative suite.
- Prefer proficiency with Google Suite and Smartsheets
