What You Will be Doing:
A Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist develops and implements learning strategies, trains employees, and designs e-learning courses. They assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness. Strong communication and project management skills are required. Proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods are essential.
We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to support the growth and Development of our employees.
You will play a crucial role in helping individuals from onboarding as new employees to improving their skills and knowledge in their positions.
By providing training and Development opportunities, you will contribute to our company’s success and ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career paths
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar
- Current knowledge of effective Learning and Development methods, including e-learning
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent teaching skills
- Sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Preferred:
- BS/BA in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field
